iSAVE-OEMs Online Effluent MonitoringThe outlet reports before you ask.
iSAVE-OEMs measures your treated effluent around the clock and shares the data with the regulator in the format your consent requires, while you watch the same numbers live.

What it is
In plain words.
Many industries are now required to monitor their effluent continuously rather than through occasional lab samples. Under the drive to clean the Ganga and its tributaries, the NGT and CPCB have directed industries to measure discharge in real time. An online monitoring system places analysers at the outlet and records results every few minutes, so any drift from the norm shows up at once.
iSAVE-OEMs brings the analysers, data logging and reporting together. Parameters such as pH, flow, TSS, COD and BOD are measured on site, with UV-Vis spectrophotometry for organic load. Data is stored, shown on your dashboard and sent through the iSAVE cloud platform to CPCB and SPCB servers. It can also be used for self-monitoring, to tune the ETP before a problem reaches the outlet.
How it works
Stage by stage.
Sampling
Treated effluent is drawn continuously from the outlet channel or pipe.
Analysis
Probes and analysers measure pH, flow, solids, organics and other required parameters.
Data logging
A logger records each reading with a time stamp and checks it against limits.
Cloud platform
Readings move to the iSAVE cloud, where they are stored and formatted for reporting.
Reporting
Data reaches CPCB and SPCB servers, and alarms reach your team by dashboard and phone.

Questions
Asked before every project.
Which parameters do we need to monitor?
That depends on your industry and your consent order. pH, TSS, BOD and COD are common to almost every sector, and some units must also track metals or other specific parameters.
How does the data reach the pollution control board?
The analysers feed a data logger, which sends readings through the iSAVE cloud platform to the CPCB and SPCB servers. You see the same data on your own dashboard.
Can we use it to run our ETP better?
Yes. Live outlet readings and alarms let operators correct dosing or aeration early, instead of finding out from a failed sample.
Automation & monitoring
Often built together.
- Wastewater
Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
Industrial effluent treated through physical, chemical and biological stages, to the norm or for reuse.
- Zero discharge
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)
Effluent treated, recycled and evaporated until no liquid leaves the site, only reusable water and solids.
- Digital
iSAVE-RMCs Remote Monitoring & Control
Watch and control pumping stations and plants from a phone or PC, with alarms the moment something changes.
