iSAVE-RMCs Remote Monitoring & ControlIf anything happens, you know first.
iSAVE-RMCs links your pumping stations and plants to one web dashboard, so operators see what every site is doing and can act on it without driving out.

What it is
In plain words.
Water supply and wastewater networks are spread out: pumping stations, tanks and plants can sit kilometres apart. iSAVE-RMCs connects each site to a central control room. A smart box at the site reads the instruments and pump status, sends the data over a mobile or internet link, and carries commands back from the operator to the local controls.
In the dispatch centre, operators see every site on a SCADA-style screen, with values shown as graphics and tables. Alarm reports point to the fault, so maintenance teams arrive knowing what to fix. The same view works on a laptop, tablet or phone. Data can be downloaded or passed to your other IT systems for reports and planning.
How it works
Stage by stage.
Field instruments
Sensors and pump panels at the site report levels, flows, pressures and run status.
Smart box
An RTU or PLC at the site collects the signals and carries out local control.
GPRS or internet
Data travels over the mobile network or an internet line to the central platform.
iSAVE cloud
The platform stores readings, checks them against limits and raises alarms.
Alerts and access
Email and SMS alarms go out, and teams view, download or control from anywhere.

Questions
Asked before every project.
What happens when an alarm is raised?
It is reported straight away by SMS and email, and the system keeps retrying until someone acknowledges it. The communication link to every site is itself monitored, so a lost connection is also flagged.
Does it keep working during a power cut?
The site unit is designed to keep reporting through power failures, and a loss of mains supply is sent as an alarm so your team can respond.
Can it connect to our existing pumps and panels?
Usually, yes. We survey the site, check the existing instruments and panels, and add the smart box and any missing sensors needed for the data you want.
