Compose-Z Organic Waste ComposterToday's waste, tomorrow's soil.
Compose-Z handles organic waste where it is produced. Load it in, and within 24 hours it comes out as compost ready for curing, instead of a bin bag on its way to landfill.

What it is
In plain words.
Composting is the breakdown of organic waste by microbes in the presence of air. It needs three things: management, aerobic conditions and the heat the microbes produce as they work. Done in an open pit, it takes weeks and needs space. A composting machine controls mixing, air and temperature inside a closed drum, so the same process runs in a fraction of the time.
Compose-Z is a fully automatic composter for sites that produce organic waste every day. It sits on your premises, takes in segregated food and garden waste, and turns it into compost within 24 hours. That means less waste to transport, less going to landfill, and a useful soil conditioner for your own gardens. We supply, install and maintain the machine.
How it works
Stage by stage.
Segregation
Organic waste is separated from plastics, metal and glass at the source.
Loading
Kitchen, food and garden waste is fed into the machine's drum.
Mixing and aeration
The machine turns the waste and supplies air, keeping the process aerobic.
Decomposition
Microbes break the waste down, producing heat that speeds up the process.
Discharge
Within 24 hours the material is discharged as compost ready for curing.
Curing
The compost is left to mature before use in gardens and landscaping.

Questions
Asked before every project.
What waste can go into the composter?
Organic waste such as cooked and raw food scraps, vegetable and fruit waste, and garden trimmings. Plastics, metal, glass and other dry waste must be kept out.
Is the output ready to use straight away?
The machine delivers compost within 24 hours, which is then left to cure for a period before use in gardens and landscaping.
How do we choose the right size?
Sizing depends on how much organic waste your site produces each day. Share an estimate of daily kitchen and food waste and we will recommend a machine.
